I’ve had the opportunity to work on a number of incredible projects that I’m pleased to share. Not only do I enjoy showcasing my work, but also sharing details about the creative process behind each project. Feel free to browse through my portfolio, and get in touch if you have a project in mind that you’d like to explore together.

Competencies Addressed

21st Century Skills

  • Professionalism: Professionalism comes in when i do my internship with a graphic design company. I also will use professionalism on my senior mastery so my audience can see my love for a micrography. During my work for micrography I have to make sure I’m being professional.

  • Creativity: Creativity will be through my whole senior mastery and semesters in DC with stuff I create. For example, posters, logos, recreating my logo and so on. During my graphic design plain to be more observing of things and creativity with my micrography pictures.

  • Responsibility: I have to be responsible when interning a company or a graphic designer, which they would see how dedicated I am at my work with them and serious about learning more about micrography. Also being responsible with getting my hours done and being  responsible with getting the number of pieces I need done.

Web & Digital Communications

  • Responsibility (Complete 60 Hours on the Internship): For my major in Web & Digital Communications I have to be responsible for completing my 60 hours with my Internship with a company or a graphic designer, if not it looks bad on my school and me. I have to prepare myself for college and other opportunities I may have being responsible is important. I’m also responsible for getting there on time and showing up like I plan or when I tell them I will.
  • Creativity (Complete a Portfolio with Professional Pieces): Having a good and creativity portfolio is important to me. Showing my portfolio to my audience is part of my senior mastery, where they get to see my progress and how professional made things are. In my portfolio I plan to have 5 things for handwork micrography and digital micrography.

  • Professionalism (Getting ready for my career): Professionalism is my whole future. I have to make sure that people know that I am serious about my passion for micrography and any type of micrography. Which would let my college teachers see and maybe companies choose me rather than others. Professionalism is a big part of getting ready for my career and new beginnings in the future.
